How do I know my order went through?

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, your order will already be in preparation for shipment.


Can I track my order?

What if I receive the wrong or a faulty item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure you select the right item.
